Cancellation and Substitution Policy

If you can’t make it to FFWD.PRO you have a few options.

Send your colleague in your place

If you know someone else who wants to come, simply send us the person’s name and contact information — sent from your original e-mail address — to email@ffwd.pro and we’ll transfer the registration.

If you can no longer make it to FFWD.PRO

If you need to cancel your registration altogether, you must do so before May 15, 2012. We will refund your original payment, minus a 99,- EUR (600 HRK + PDV) cancellation fee.
